I’ve been a PM for three startups, each in different industries: HR tech, partnerships, and health tech. Spending my career in start-ups has allowed me to focus on organizational and team processes in addition to my typical PM work. It’s made me comfortable wearing many hats, collaborating with executives, and managing change.
